Date: May 15, 2018
You are invited to join the Regina BIM Community (rBIMc) for our May Meeting.
The topic of this meeting is The BIM Execution Plan!
A BIM Execution Plan is an integral tool to the success of a BIM project. The BIM Execution Plan, clearly identifies the project scope, modeling requirements, each discipline’s responsibilities, and the project deliverables. By establishing the desired workflow and outcome during the planning stages of the project in the BIM Execution Plan, chances of a successful project are increased.
At this meeting, we will discuss what the BIM Execution Plan is, it's contents and its importance for a successful project.
Also, the Saskatoon BIM Community recently had a meeting where they discussed this same topic and started to create a draft BIM Execution Plan. A link to the draft BIM Execution Plan is below. At the Regina meeting, we will also discuss the draft and provide input as to its contents.
